Personal Statement

My name is Sonam Sherpa, I’m from Nepal. I moved here in Seattle about 2 years now, I am in my second year of college at South Seattle. I am majoring in Biology and seeking to transfer to a four year university to study Biology and neuroscience, I work in future nurse’s club as a treasurer. When I’m not in school you will find me at the library working on assignment, or just at home watching movies or hanging out with friends. 

As a Mentor I’m here to assist you through out your school year, whether you need help scheduling an appointment with your advisor or if you just need somebody to talk to or if you have any questions or preoccupations I’m here for you. I’m also a college student. i know how hard college in general can be, don’t just see me as a mentor but see me as a friend who is here to guide and help you.
