Personal Statement

My name is Nick Dugovich and I serve as a Seattle Promise Retention Specialist at Seattle Central College. I help Seattle Promise students with navigation of college processes and resources, degree and course planning, as well as identifying and setting academic goals and assisting when challenges arise in achieving those goals.

Prior to joining Seattle Colleges, I worked at a variety of higher education institutions serving in roles within institutional research, housing and residence life, and academic advising.
