Personal Statement
Hello there,
I am a recent grad at SSC, and currently, a junior majoring in marketing at the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University. I have a futuristic approach to finding the visions of the future to be energizing. I find enjoyment in being a creative problem solver in tough conversations; continuing to be an advocate for multiple social justice movements and communities.
With a large interest in art, I have grown my graphic design skills to create positive social justice messages for the Seattle community. My artwork can be found on Seattle’s LGBTQ Center social media platforms. I will continue to grow my art through numerous community events and club involvement at Seattle University.
My experience has mainly been in the marketing/communications field working for non-profits, and the public sector. I am an artist (Youth Advocacy Media Member for Seattle’s LGBTQ Center), and communications specialist (Communications Intern for CCER), and I have high knowledge in project management, and Microsoft Office (Admin Assistance Intern for Seattle City Light).
