Personal Statement

Greetings! I work with students in the Electronics ("EET") Department.  My primary aim is to assist students as they complete Electronics Department credentials and, ultimately, secure gainful employment in a training-related occupation.  Contact me to explore degree pathways and build an academic plan that suits your goals. I frequently assist students' efforts to access campus and community resources, gain insight into workforce demand for electronics skills in our region, understand funding options for tuition and fees, develop resumes and prepare for interviews, and troubleshoot issues that impact school success. I frequently engage with employers and enjoy promoting related employment opportunities with our students. 

The community & technical college (CTC) environment is where I choose to work, because it is truly a microcosm of our larger community and is a hub for positive change. There is no comparable setting.  I believe that diverse and inclusive environments generate the greatest outcomes.  We are better together, and you are welcome here.  My professional background, before coming to North Electronics in late 2016, was in business, K12 education and higher education research.
