Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Edsel Blanche, MSW (he/him). I am a Seattle Promise Retention Specialist at North Seattle College. As a Retention Specialist I assist students with degree planning, course registration, transfer guidance, and any other general advising support students need on their road to graduation.

Our service hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. We are on campus in-person Monday through Thursday (2nd floor of College Center building) and remote on Fridays.
When I’m not advising, you’ll probably find me cooking up something new, thrifting for unique finds, diving into crafty projects, or getting my day started early with a 5am workout (yes, I’m that person). I’m truly excited to connect with you and support you throughout your educational journey!
