Personal Statement
My name is Der Yang and I am a Retention Specialist for the Seattle Promise Program at North Seattle College. I advise Seattle Promise students studying STEM, and Skilled Trades & Technical Training. As a Retention Specialist I am here to support Seattle Promise students and provide a comprehensive advising experience for course enrollment, educational planning, funding resources and addressing academic concerns.
