- Academic Background: I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Central Washington University and my Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in ESOL from Western Oregon University.
- Professional Experience: I have worked in a variety of roles in education including being an elementary teacher, teaching abroad in China, and leading a learning pod during Covid. After eight years in K-5, I transitioned to the college level, where I have helped students through the college admissions process, led campaigns to erase past student debt, and helped over 300 students successfully re-enroll.
