Personal Statement

I provide strategic and operational leadership for the Seattle Promise program, which is designed to close equity gaps in post-secondary educational attainment in the greater Seattle area. The program is funded by the City of Seattle's Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise Levy (FEPP) which has the goal of transforming the lives of Seattle's children, youth, and families by leading with race and social justice to provide educational opportunities to Seattle's residents.

I am leading program implementation and development at all three Seattle Colleges and all eligible Seattle public high schools.
