This summer quarter ... 

I've implemented TILT (Transparency in Learning & Teaching), best practices shared at our 2019 Summer Institute, into my two Seattle Central College (SCC) fully online web development classes. It's a lot of work up front but well worth the effort for both my students and me.

For South Seattle College (SSC) my Instructional Support & Services (eLearning, Library, STARS and TLC) colleagues and I are migrating our SSC Instructional Services: Support Center, data, help forms, live chat and knowledge base articles from our current web application, Desk, to the new web application, Service Cloud.

So many projects on my front and back burners while happily busy managing SSC's Canvas, Zoom Pro, Google Suite for Education (GS4E) and LinkedIn Learning services and accounts! Love my work!
